THE HASSLE-FREE, READY-TO-FRUIT SOLUTION FOR GROWING LION’S MANE AT HOME

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) has been cultivated and consumed in Asia for thousands of years and has a long history of traditional use in relation to cognitive wellbeing and mental clarity.

Today, Lion’s Mane is being studied for its potential cognitive-supporting properties. Research indicates that Lion’s Mane contains terpene compounds known as hericenones and erinacines, which are able to cross the blood–brain barrier and may be associated with the production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF). NGF is a protein involved in the maintenance, development, and repair of neurons.

In addition to its potential cognitive benefits, Lion’s Mane is a highly versatile mushroom. It can be cooked fresh, dried, made into extracts, or brewed as a tea. Lion’s Mane is also well known for its culinary qualities and is often used as a meat alternative thanks to its texture and flavour, which are frequently compared to crab or lobster.

Growing your own Lion’s Mane mushrooms at home is simple with this Lion’s Mane Mushroom Fruiting Block Kit, produced by our trusted partners at Martian Mushrooms. Designed for both beginners and experienced growers, this kit removes complexity and makes mushroom cultivation easy and enjoyable.

Each kit contains a pre-colonised, ready-to-fruit block — no inoculation, grain preparation, or colonisation waiting required. With the right conditions, you can grow thick, dense clusters of Lion’s Mane mushrooms ready to cook, dry, extract, or brew into tea.

Optional Fruiting Chamber
For best results, place the block in a MonoTub or Martha tent to help maintain ideal humidity and airflow.
